I already made the mistake of trying to right this using 'netplwiz' and unchecking the box to have countersign sign in. I even changed by user name, but it didn't show up at all on restart. It does non piece of work. I withal have to sign in every fourth dimension. I cannot modify information technology in anyway using either 'netplwiz' or Windows-R. What do I do at present? I am stuck, I tin can't brand any changes at all. No thing how many times I go in and cheque and re-uncheck the box, I accept the same result I have to apply a password every fourth dimension I restart or shutdown and start-up my computer. How do I go back to pace i with no user proper name at all and re-do it???
I but have one user account.
PLEASE Respond!

I accept the same problem. I tin can check and uncheck that damn box and it still doesn't change a thing. Need a password everytime. Now when someone else wants to use my calculator I have to give them the password to my email. What idiot idea this upwards?

Can somebody in the Microsoft Customs delight help us with the reply to this trouble. I've been waiting days for a reply to my original posting and have received none. If I have to I volition re-post some other question. My Windows vii had no built-in headache like this. You could choose to either ready a countersign or not, menstruation.

I opted to create a pin and have been using it for a long time now. I accept forgotten the original password that I set up up for my login. What practise I practice at present? I tin't complete the instructions below without it and don't know how to change it.

Doesn't thing how I do the settings, when MS does an update settings change. This is th4e 4th tie I have to notice the startup password setting. I tin't wait to dump 10 and move to apple tree.
